The Tianjin Binhai New Area (TBNA) covers approx 2,700 square kilometres, around 4-times bigger than Shanghai’s Pudong special economic zone. TBNA  has seven special economic zones, one of which is the TianJin AirPort Industrial Park.

TBNA is currently home to many hi-tech industries including Electronics, Aerospace, IT, Machinery and Metallurgy and Bio-Pharmaceuticals.  70 of the top 500 global corporations are represented in TBNA. 

Today over 4,000 companies have invested a total of 74 Billion USD here with a focus on hi-tech manufacturing. Some of the world’s most renowned names such as Airbus, LG, Motorola, Samsung, and Toyota are based in TBNA.
